Boudoir With a Great Friend // Symone F

Symone and I clicked from the moment we met. It was instant friendship. Her personality is contagious, and her presence is comforting. I feel like I have known her my whole life. When we're together there is a lot of laughing and smiling. A lot. Whether it's an impromptu afternoon hang with her kids, or a perfectly scheduled wine night, we always find the time to catch up. But the thing I treasure most about being her friend is that we can talk about anything. Our conversation is always open and honest. It is never lacking. It is real and transparent. It is full of love and listening. It is always just what I need.

This lady is fantastic. She's a mother of two beautiful girls, a loving and devoted wife, and a follower of Christ. There was no hesitation when I asked if I could photograph her. She knows boudoir is my passion and I am so grateful for her support. The session was short. But it was exactly what my soul needed. I am so blessed to have such a wonderful friend.

Edmonton Photography - Boudoir - Karissa

Karissa is one of a kind. I don't know anybody quite like her. We've been friends for about 4-5 years now, and even though we've gone for months at a time without seeing each other, it doesn't matter. She is someone who you can pick up the conversation with right where you left it off last time. Being open and talking freely come naturally to her. There is never a lack of dialogue when she's around. Her words are honest and she'll tell you how she really feels even if you don't ask. I admire the way that Karissa holds herself. She is confident and knows what she wants. She truly wears her heart on her sleeve and isn't afraid of having it broken. Next to her family and friends, love is one of the most important things in her life. She loves so deeply and so truthfullly. Not only is she stunning, but her heart is kind and sincere. This girl is beyond beautiful inside and out.

Edmonton Boudoir Photography - Hayley

This lady is one of my best friends in the entire world. She is amazing.

Hayley and I became friends in 2009. We clicked instantly. I'm pretty sure it had to have been fate. I knew right from the beginning that that she would be by my side no matter what, and she was. When I was diagnosed with cancer in 2011 she was there. She stuck by me through the good days, and more importantly, the bad days. We would lay in my hospital bed and talk for hours about anything and everything. When I had my left leg amputated below the knee she was the one who kept telling me that I would be okay and that I could do it. She knew when I needed comfort and when I needed a kick in the ass. She believed in me when I didn't.

Hayley is so truly beautiful. She is constantly putting the people in her life before herself. She ALWAYS has a smile on her face, even on a bad day. I wanted to do this shoot because I wanted her to see herself how I do, someone who is lovely and worthy. I admire Hayley in so many ways. Her zeal, tenacity, and drive motivate me to always push myself and to keep going no matter what. It's my wish for her that she will carry the confidence she had that day into each new day, and that she will always feel beautiful.

Don't ever change
