Okay so to be honest I don't actually remember the first time I officially met Allie. Haha. She also played on Team Canada Women's Sitting Volleyball, but back before I joined the team. However she briefly came back to the team and we played together for a short period. We were also both pursuing our passions of photography: her at MacEwan doing her Design Degree in Photography, and me at NAIT doing my Photographic Technology Diploma. That was our main connection. We were both learning quite different things as well so we would meet up and talk about school, exchanging the knowledge that was crammed into our brains. And lastly Allie also attended The Project for a while, so church was the third thing we had in common.
Allie is the easiest person in the world to be around. She is talkative, hilarious, honest, kind, loud, and adventurous. Becoming friends with her was seamless. It was as if we had known each other for years. This girl is amazing, and I am so thankful for friendship that feels as natural as breathing. <3 <3
